I was in Malawi and I wanted to meet any official from IBAM of which I was not successful and I also tried to meet Mr Mlombwa but non of his three secretaries would secure a five minute meeting with this man. It was also made clear that he only does IBAM on Sundays and to him this is even inconveniencing him. Indeed it’s true that business condition is harsh in Malawi starting with IBAM itself which only appears in hotels and conferences but it’s not on the ground. Cry my beloved country. We have lost it big time.
