This is a good issue. When people are at the top positions they should do sports and recreation activities for the benefit of the society and health. Onyo sanje

  2. Kadushu says:

20 years as President, no sponsorship brought to VAM yet these people continue voting for this failure.

VAM will have to spend another 5years without sponsorship. idiots

  3. Japson says:

He is Minister, DPP Campaign Director, MP, GS Malawi Olympic Committee and president Volleyball Association. This is not on, he is supposed to quit the sports positions coz he will be using his political muscle to advance his sports agendas. He almost contested against Walter.

  4. Matey U .Mopiiya says:

It’s high time VAM stopped electing politicians this will turn the organization into a DPP wing.

This man knows how to play his cards well. There is a symbiotic relationship with Mr thomas of Raiply. The Raiply boss plays the mafia tricks-he looks for influential guys in govt and he got Japie. Paid for his campaign during elections(so he also did with Obama Chiumia) so that he can do what he likes with his company.harvest trees in Viphya and pay very little to govt. Bring in his relative amwenyes to work without proper documents. Half of Expatrite indians at Raiply have AIDs and they are sleeping around with Malawian girls and peoples wives without being investigated even after many reports have been sent to authorities. Raiply is sponsoring National Volleyball Trophy because of the the Thomas Japie relationship. As long as we cant see beyond our noses Malawi will never prosper.

Komatu nde kumusankhira kumuopatu! Or kungoti ali ndi ndalama basi?

And why do people keep themselves this busy? You have a family – a very huge responsibility. You are an MP and a minister – other demanding tasks, now you are the President of Volleyball Association. Cant you see that you are pulling your already inelastic mind hence straining and making it lose focus? One thing is expected: you have to do well in one department and fail miserably in others. Unfortunately, one of these are the govt roles; which have a bearing on progress of the country. As such I and other good-minded citizens are concerned!

Why couldnt you let others contest? Or you dont feel like you can be led? This power hungriness and greed is dangerous! Kudzikonda kotere wont do you good! Let others experience what it means to be a leader and that way you are also given a chance to learn a thing or two! Are you suprised that you are becoming inefficient with each and passing day? And are always in the news more for the wrong reasons? How come am not surprised? A a!

Good example Honorable Minister that when you are given a position like that of a minister you stop being human. It’s an example to all in a higher position. Life goes on. Congratulations to you and also Mr. Mpaso and everyone of you. Keep the fire burning.
