This sounds strange and ridiculous. How does Mhango become involved in a stadium project scandal which he found stalled.
Is someone telling Malawians that the former Machinji DOF misappropriated funds for the Stadium? There is a lot of mess ups in most assemblies because those cashgaters were also peeling assemblies. This is not about an individual.

If it were not for maladministration and a lack of accountability, Mchinji would have been a successful city now. The same with Salima, Nangochi, Kasungu and Karonga. No wonder we are now number 1, poorest on this planet. It’s such a pity! Civil servants, chiefs and politicians are to blame. It’s a despicable league of conspiracy.
