We should encourage civic eduducation for healthy living rather than persistently thinking that by pumping in alot of money in the healthy sector is the only way to solving the funding problem. By the way, where are the Healthy surveilances/ inspectors, mkomya wa m.manja,healthy if not verterinary officials who used check on meat before it is sold in markets we used to see during our ATATE Ngwazi Dr. Banda (may the LION”S soul rest in eternal peace).There shold be a deliberate policy to make food easily afordable as well even for the lowest earners in our society. Ndiye timve ziti, lack of funding or attitude by health workers. Za nkutu. If it is due to lack of funding as an MP in parliament you meant you dont know the reasons. Or you have heard that all ministries except Health have good funding.. Bwanji mayi Lunguzi zukuvutani ndale. Speak that in parliament and to Goodall incase you dont know
