I salute our Parliamentarians for raising this issue. Malawi is not gaining in is PPP arrangement with Ethiopia. First and foremost, Parliamentarians should stop asking for schools and toilets in Parliament. Ours is the only one that does this. Parliamentarians should be going to the house to discuss issues or pass laws-not to ask why a bore hole has been dug or not, when the Minister of Health will send a clinical officer to their home clinic, or when a road is going to be built.
