Mponda, Kafwafwa attend FAM C Licence coaching course

Former Flames captain and Denmark based professional Clement Kafwafwa are among 60 participants of a Football Association of Malawi (FAM) C Licence coaching course being held at St Andrews International High School in Blantyre.

The course also attracted among others retired Flames defender James Sangala, former Wanderers players goalkeeper Vales Kamzere and defender Ojukwu Malunga.

Others are former Bullets leftback Afiki Sikelo, former Silver Strikers and Escom United midfielder Kondwani Gawani, and former Moyal Barracks prolific striker Victor Phiri.

Former Flames and Bullets goalkeeper Swadick Sanudi, Bullets midfielder Fundi Akidu and former Silver Strikers and Tigers striker Mike Banda, who is a Phyisical Education teacher at Kamuzu Academy are among the participants.

The course which started on Tuesday is being facilitated by Fam Technica Director John Kaputa and will run up to December 18.

The C Licence Course is the basic requirement for a coach to possess to enable him or her coach at least a Super League team.
