Malawi Congress Party (MCP) deputy president Richard Msowoya delivered a public lecture at University of Livingstonia (Unilia) of the CCAP Livingstonia Synod in Rumphi.
He assured students of a good learning environment if MCP wins the 20 May Tripartite Elections.
Msowoya said MCP recognises education as human investment for the nation.
During the lecture, Msowoya said the MCP government would introduce an act dealing with environmental degradation, saying most manufacturing companies dispose waste matters which affect people’s living.
‘’Companies are not taking serious in the environment where by they dispose waste matters, we will be tough on that,” he said;
