The coaches need sufficient funding to go around the country and scout for new talented players. Furthermore, the national team needs at least two full weeks of preparation in order for the coaches to have enough time to impart their knowledge and skills to the team.

To Mtawali: The national team often lacks psychological muscle as a result they sometimes blow away a lead in the dying minutes of the game. Work on their psychology too. Alternatively, ask FAM to hire a Psychologist for the team.
