1. Ban the export of raw tobacco.
2. Create tobacco processing and cigarette manufacturing industries.
3. Sell Malawian branded cigarettes, cigars only and ban tobacco imports.
4. Dont sing the same old song of to add value on chorus and do nothing. We are tired of this crap.
