What we’ve been presented with is more of the same! Look at this:I can see names of recognizable party zealots/loyalists as the appointing authority has his eyes set on 2019 polls. We’ve Mrs Mathanga, Mr. Moffat Banda (DPP), Mrs. Ntafu (UDF). As for others we are yet to confirm their political party affiliations!
