Good advice, Malawi needs entrepreneurs NOT job seekers. The words might have come from the person you hate or at a wrong time BUT what the president said is so clearly TRUE. Countries develop through entrepreneurship BUT my advice to the govt is: Make the economic environment favourable, and tell the curriculum developers to produce material that allows students think outside the box. I have no doubts in my mind that this man President Muthalika is now a deranged moving soul.The government is there to come to the help of its fellow countrymen and women.He forgets that Chipembere negociated with the government of Tanznia and University Authorities to hire Peter as a lecturer after completion of his career from Dar es salaam University as he was an authentic exiled Malawian.Iam today flabbergasted to hear that Mathanyula is challenging University graduates to create jobs for themselves.What a bunkum words from the Head of State? My sorry President. This is a good idea but a good scapegoat as well. You are telling students to . create jobs without your government setting an example. The private sector is stifled can’t create jobs because all fundamentalS for creating employment are not there. Shaaa
