Leadership is mainly about paying attention to the small details of one’s people, identifying with their daily lives. Mr President, you have demonstrated oneness with your fellow Malawians, celebrating with those who are victorious and empathysing with those on the loosing side, whilst encouraging them to aim higher next time, because as you rightly pointed, there can only be one winner in a compétition.
