I’m sure he had no idea how to respond immediately before consulting his lieutenants or was one of those sleeping during the speech. Ife (including journalists and the “reknown Malawi experts” tinanva all the plans lined up and most are digesting those plans which we believe Gogo Goodall Gondwe shall give detailed nitty gritties to the execution of such plans during budget presentation.

APM is right, we are all puzzled by Chakwera and Change Golo’s sentiments which are basically opposing for the sake of opposing as Parliament gives them official responsibility to comment, otherwise they don’t make sense to us.
