There is nothing like the law that is not changed in the future elsewhere.
What do you think of our grand children in 2050, are they going to view this law as we are seeing it today?
There was no law even in the bible before the ten commandments. God did not judge those who wronged before the ten commandments.

Peter Mutharika’s powers to veto bills are regulated under Section 73 of the Constitution. Under this section peter Mutharika as State President cannot veto a bill if it is again debated, passed and presented to him. When it comes to making laws Parliament is supreme.
