For how long has DPP been in power? What was/ is hindering the process? The thieves in gvt and NGOs are happy once again that the floods have opened the closed aid / forex taps in the name of assisting the affected people yet its them who will get rich

Dead man
You’re sometimes incapable old fool, why did you do it when you was minister and your dead brother was president? You’ve puted our lives in danger no security hence you stil talking shit. Why did you bribe atolankhana? Squandering Nac aid get that money back or else even you’re almost there but assasination might be the solution here.

Sometimes I wonder at the level of importance we attach to these documents. In a country where resources are few, a Policy document will mean very little as there will not be adequate resources set aside to implement the activities that the relevant implementing agencies will have planned.
Trust me, after the flood situation has normalised the Department of Disaster etc will be off the radar and they will be unable to access any meaningful resources.
What a pity!
