I am very concerned. Why should the education minister report in parliament that it is the council that is responsible. That is why he was asked if he expected the council to avail itself in parliament. This education minister is just another dunderhead who is just good at academics and not the welfare of people he is representing. The whole chancellor says he does no care about the closure of the public universities. This government is not assisting us.
