ironically, the individuals have reported for duties. This is all Child’s play. I hope the Americans stay on this, stealing is stealing, even if Govt pays back, individuals should pay for their crime.
I am watching this space with zeal!!! Kuba and hypocrisy.

Seifish and greedy people. If found guilty ,they should be given stiff penalties as stated by Ndafakale Joice. Malawians are suffering greatly due to such people who are stealing funds from donors and govenment.
