Gondwe gives warm send off to Malawi secretary at Beijing embassy

Kachale was working in the ministry of finance before her appointment.

Minister of Finance, Goodall Gondwe attended the party in Lilongwe and wished the Malawi First Secretary in Beijing a fare well.

The Minister also called on ministry’s staff to be devoted o their work.

"In deciding to get the best results, there has to be a group of people to do some excellent work in initiating plans that would propel the country to success and that is you people at the Ministry of Finance" said Gondwe

He said workers in the ministry needed to be proactive because they were in the engine room of the country's economic prosperity.

During the party, the minister also bade farewell to Ellison Kamanga who is going on retirement .
