Dear Editor,
I do know there is political interest in this whole thing. However, the law requires that we follow it and it this particular time Kamlepo and Makande broke the law. They did. Its very shameful to insigate violence to score a political point, just becoz these two wanted to plz one Bakili Muluzi!

On the point of Law the two are guilty, and, they do deserve to be punished, largely to set a precedence that breaking the law has some serious consequences. Chikakwiya, Mpasu, Mwawa, now Makande and Kamlepo – they are mere mortals, just like you and me. Violence can seriously confuse an entire nation very easily. Organized violence can annihilate an entire nation with speed! Do you want examples? Rwanda & Burundi come to mind! Lest we all forget that violence, even just intended violence, can never be justified. Sorry, KAmlepo & Makande will be sad examples.
