The ACB Act requires any public servant, which Muluzi was, to declare any gifts, in cash or kind, that are above K5,000. If Muluzi did not declare these gifts, then he has a lot to explain why he acted in contravention of the LAW. I think muluzi should just expedite the case, His image will be enhanced should indeed it be established that it was a personal “gift”
