I know what the people in my village could have said if it had happenned to one of their fellow villagers: Agwa kotamba and one would be left him to die a paiful slow death. See, how unfair the politics of deaseas are. Works to the advantage of the infuencial and rich. Indeed, those that can influence or hinder health development policies, but most likely that they do not suffer the effects. Its only the ordinary peron like you and me thta suffers.
