Good development ECD is the way to go is we are to achieve quality in as far as quality ECD service delivery is concerned. Malawi as a country will only develop if we put much emphasis on ECD which will offer our children the best start in life for all children. Congratulations Action Aid on this capacity building initiative. Always remember to involve policy holder the District Social Welfare Officer in the implementation of ECD programmes for sustainability sake.
