Police was effective during Kamuzu era because we the community assisted them with information. The community of today is totally different. Each individual citizen minds their own business and will not come forward with information to Police even if they have such. We also don’t see any financial rewards to those who can come up with info. leading to successful arrest and prosecution. Police even came out open that they have no forensic equipment to assist with info.
