Mcfallen Ngwira and new recruit Talekeni Joseph were on target for the people’s team with both goals coming midway the second half.

Bullets who were playing without a number of their key players due to injuries and other commitments failed to mesmerise their supporters with Wizards F.C in full control of possession.

However, Wizard’s only problem remains  poor finishing which was the case in the first round.

Speaking to Nyasa Times after the  game,  Bullets Head Coach Lloyd Nkhwazi said it was a hard fought victory.

“This was one of our toughest games so far this season. Wizards is a very strong team and usually gives us tough run for our money. We are happy with the win and hope to continue from where  we have stoped in our next game,” said Nkhwazi.

For his part, Wizards F.C Technical Director Peter Mponda commended Bullets for the win.
