Nyasa Bullets tell Wanderers to go and hang over Chande contract buy-out

Nyasa Big Bullets have rejected an offer from Be Forward Wanderers offer for K700 000 ($1,000) contract buy-out of  Jaffalie Chande for the  remaining five months.

Chande: Move to Nomads suffocated

Wanderers general secretary Mike Butao said  the Nomads had made a formal approach for the player who they have signed on a three-year contract after he  indicated an interest in moving to the Lali Lubani Road as a free -agent.

But Chande could find himself sidelined from 2016 TNM Super League first round after  Bullets vice-general secretary Kelvin Moyo said the People’s Team will not accept the buy-out and he has to wait till August to join Wanderers.

Moyo said Bullets have resolutely told their rivals  that they  have no intention of accepting the buy out proposal after the player fooled the club executive that he changed his mind on joining the blues.

“Chande will have to honour his contractual obligation with Bullets until August,” Moyo said.

As  the TNM Super League transfer window  closed on March 31, Wanderers submitted to Football Association of Malawi (FAM) players they intend to sign for the coming season who include Chande,  Japanese player Genki Nakamula, Peter Wadabwa, Jimmy Zakazaka, Nenani Juwayo, Foster Namwela and Felix Zulu .
