DEALS HAVE TO BE REFFERED
TO OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN FOR SCRUTINY COZ THEY INVOLVE TAX PAYERS MONEY AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC

The Ombudsman is stupid. While i did not benefit i find her thinking stupid and backward. Govt advertised and people applied and they were offered to buy the tractors. Why should buyers apologise as if they stole the tractors. This was a willing seller buyer agreement. If anything the Ombudsman should blame govt. Remember civil servants bought houses at a give away prices but they were offered. Only an imbecile should apologise. Is this not the same govt that sold MSB for a pittance?
