One man killed as fire razes 3 furniture shops in Ndirande
A man has been confirmed dead when three furniture shops were razed in a fire in the early hours of Tuesday along the Ndirande-Chinseu Road in Blantyre.
The man was sleeping in the shop at the time of the incident.
The cause of the fire is not yet known and so is the deceased’s identity.
from the deceased’s shop, the fire also spread to two other furniture shops, reducing them to ashes.
Meanwhile, Ndirande police have taken the body of the deceased to Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital for postmortem.
