Safety at work is a Labour Issue and companies can not shift any blame of inadequate safety to its employees. These Indians should not develop this nonsensical attitude to us. The Labour Unions through their Shop Stewards should not allow this and the issue of companies ensuring safety for its employees can not be compromised at all.

Why allowing the workers to enter the factory premises in the first place when they report without protective gears. Anyway what do we expect,it’s owned by Indians and government oversight on factory safeties is provided by Malawians
