Chifundo, there you go again misleading gullible Malawians and fraudulently building up a Homeboy (Goodall). Goodall was never President of the ADB Bank but acted as President when the position fell vacant. he was deemed not suitable to take over, why? No one should lie that it was due to politics. Those who are old enough will recall that he was given by the MCP gov. the position of General Manager of Reserve Bank in the sixties but he did not deliver.
It is also a blantant and naked lie to claim that Goodall was Vice President
of the IMF and World Bank. He has never worked for the World Bank but IMF where the highest position he attained was Senior Advisor. Do not peddle inexactidutes on these pages just to advance regional interetsts.
