Princes Chitsulo back: Fit and well

Malawi’s gospel songstress Princess Chitsulo returned back home on Monday afternoon from South Africa where she went for her heart problem treatment.

The artist was diagnosed with heart problems last year and needed a surgery in South Africa.

But speaking to Nyasa Times on arrival from South Africa at Chileka Airport in Blantyre, Chitsulo said she did not undergo surgery as doctors only gave her effective treatment.

“I feel so good to be back home after receiving treatment. Its God’s miracle because I dint even went surgery. The doctors only gave me treatment and lam no longer using clutches,” said Chitsulo.

She said her medical trip was “successful” and that she will go back for a routine check-up.

Chitsulo hinted that doctors have given her a go ahead to go back on stage and vowed to organize a number of shows in all the regions as one way of thanking God and Malawians, who have been praying her and their financial support.

On arrival, she was welcomed by gospel artists like Lloyd Phiri, Grace Chinga and Favoured Martha and was allowed to use the VIP lounge.
