Prophet Bushiri mourns Evangelist Wame, appeals to Malawians to love faith leaders
The leader and founder of the Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) church, Prophet Shepherd Bushiri has joined Malawians mourning the death of Evangelist Shadreck Wame who was recently murdered by a suspect, one who is believed to be his employee.Prophet Bushiri mourns Evangelist Shadreck Wame, appeals to Malawians to love faith leaders .
Reacting to the death, Bushiri expressed his shock in the manner that Evangelist Wame died and explained the pain he suffered when he learnt about the news.
“The untimely death of Evangelist Shadreck Wame has brought unspeakable pain in my heart and uncontrollable tears in my eyes. Evangelist Wame motivated my genesis as a servant in the Kingdom of God. His teachings inspired me to seek God more and more.”
“Today, I mourn a Father of Evangelism in Malawi and a figure that inspired many to be great vessels of Christ. I mourn his death today; at the same time consoled by celebrating his fulfilled life. May His Soul Rest in eternal peace,” wrote Bushiri on his 1 million plus Facebook Fan page.
The man of God also took to task the conduct of some quarters in the society who have a bitterness and hate towards men of God for no proper reason.
“As we pray that Evangelist Shadreck Wame rests in peace, I would like to bring to attention the atrocities that men of God face in Malawi. We grew up believing that Malawi is a God fearing nation, but the challenges that men of God go through in our days speak otherwise. I know fellow men of God who have gone through hardships while serving for the greater purpose, but never appreciated, only to be mourned by the whole nation when they die.”
“This simply shows that Malawi is a country that shuns the living, just to honour the dead. As a county, we celebrate the dead legends while burying the living heroes. We need to change. May the soul of Shadreck Wame rest in Peace as we have been reminded of his great contribution to the body of Christ,” said Bushiri in his statement.
“I celebrate great men of God in Malawi. I celebrate the catholic church and its leadership, I celebrate other great men of God, the likes of Apostles Ndovie, Mbewe, Zalimba and Pastors Ziba, Kambalazaza among others. I believe the body of Christ will be honored and celebrated by all,” he concluded.
Prophet Bushiri himself has also been a subject of accusation by the politically powerful leaders who have shunned and frustrated the man of God in his humanitarian efforts to end hunger and economic meltdown in the country.
Bushiri has been widely defamed by government controlled tabloids with fake accusations and make up stories just to discredit his name as he is seen as a great threat to the rulling party.

Haaa zamulungu zomwezi!!!” I hope you listened Bushiri so you can repent too just as we are all trying to. He never tried to capture in spirit with ipads or walked in the air……..i pity u

Mr wame was a true man of God Malawi will miss him he preached about salvation not miracles/money malawians called him A wame not prophet/bishop/major so so rest in peace true man of God
All the apostles of the risen Christ were murdered except John the author of revelation,it just shows that Shadreck Wame was a true servant of the Most high God,you can agree with me by his massage,”repent and ask for forgiveness,not come and receive your healing,breakthrough but his massage was based on Mathew 6:33,you came and you finished your race and how well you did,rest in peace Paul of our time.
