Prophet Bushiri’s Bible Up Close: His word, a strong tower

Isaiah 41:10 King James Version (KJV): 10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.Bushiri column

Having had ministered and been able to hear the voice of God from a tender age I realised that Christians have a particular weakness which is fear.

Fear is a natural emotion, though unpleasant is awakened when there’s a threat of either pain, harm or even things not going as you had planned or perceived.

Today many Christians have missed many blessings due to fear.  With fear comes doubt which in turn clouds our judgement and spiritual discernment to an extent that every wWord that comes from God is attached to “what if, but.”

Child of God, remain steadfast on the word of God, acknowledging the “fear not” scriptures which are repeated time and time again.

We know him as Jehovah which means the Lord our Banner. A banner is a piece of cloth bearing a particular symbol which in turn communicates a message.

As a believer I urge you to carry a banner of Isaiah 41:10 that through it all you shall never fear the prevailing circumstances in life, you shall never fear or doubt for the Lord your banner through scripture speaks of the necessity of never allowing yourself to fear for the God urges you in all circumstances to never fear.

Prayer:

Oh Lord, fortify me with the boldness which your Word providers. Help me to never fear no matter what I may be experiencing. In Jesus Name, Amen
