Ref Scova moves to central region
Controversial Grade One referee Fransisco Skova will now be officiating in central region, having being transferred to Salima.
The youthful referee, who works for Immigration Department already reported at his new working base and is expected to start officiating games in the central region.
Skova is famous for awarding Big Bullets a controversial penalty which enabled the ‘People’s Team’ to come from
behind and hold Silver Strikers 1-1 at Kamuzu Stadium during the second round of the 2012/13 TNM Super League season.
Before his transfer, Skova was officiating in the southern region.
