Robbers hack motorcycle taxi driver to death, takes away motorcycle

Police in Kasungu are hunting for robbers who have killed a 40 year old motorcycle taxi driver and took away his motorcycle.

Assistant deputy public relations officer for Kasungu Harry Namwaza said the motor cyclist Allan Mwale met his fate on the night of Monday and Tuesday when he was hired by an unknown person that night to drop him at an area outside the township.

Namwaza said Mwale was found with knife stab wounds.

The police are since warning motor cycle taxi drivers to avoid taking people outside the township at night.

Mwale hailed from Suwira village in chief Kaomba’s area in Kasungu.

God in Jesus name, we ask you to intervene the security of our nation. We love you so much because you first loved us. Glory to you our God because no evil or evil doers can hide from you. If not to your glory we ask you to help catch these blood seekers. We pray in Jesus name. Amen.
