That makes the difference between European coaches and local coaches.If a country in Africa wants to rise in football, it has to hire a reputable European coach who will be the bridge between players and clubs in Europe. When players ply their trade in Europe they change their perception of the game and technically and tactically,they become more disciplined and mature.
