The group’s secretary, Clara Thom Nyirenda says the group is expected to be launched Sunday November 11 at Randburd Red Club Hall in South Africa.

Other group’s members are Gift Chabwera, chairman, Samuel Mwale, Lawnex and Dee Daj, organizers and Triza Titus treasurers.

The group has invited Malawians traditional artists Symon and Kendal of ‘Nyemba-nyemba’ fame to perform in Johannesburg, South Africa in December.

“We’re organizing the show in December whereby we’re inviting Symon and Kendal to perform here in RSA,” said Nyirenda.

Nyirenda said in Johannesburg, the duo will have an afternoon family show that would incorporate both the young and the old.

Some of the artists expected to perform are Clara Thom Nyirenda, Triza Titus, The Bornfamous, Bunya, Royc, and The Platinum.

“We want everyone in Johannesburg to attend this show as Nyemba-Nyemba guys are popular among both the young and the old,” she said.

Nyirenda said they have organized braai, jumping castles and other forms of entertainment for all the music lovers who are going to attend the show.

“We have decided to put all forms of entertainment for our clientele which is going to attend this show as we want everyone to enjoy on the day,” she said.

Symon and Kendal are among popular Malawian musicians. Their most popular songs include Nyeamba Nyemba, Malamulo a Mmemo, Nsima ya ntherere and Malawilano.
