Some progress but much to be done. Inflation at over 20% for the past 4 years plus is killing the economy. Why is inflation so high? Our currency the Kwacha is so weak and why because we import far more than we export. Until we start manufacturing our own fertilizer from organic waste, until we stop wasting money on external travel and overseas embassies, until we stop stealing money intended for medicines, until we stop taking foreign currency loans for stupid projects like Bingu Stadium, until we start irrigating our fields and growing surplus soya, groundnuts, sunflower oil, sugar and… Read more »
