Really Mr Chirwa is too old for the job. I dont think the man can do sporting exercises on the pitch. I was happy to hear that he is going back home, lakeshore district to join the fishing community. Then I said wawu, that’s talking. Fishing is the right job for Mr. Chirwa for the remaining part of his life. We have one problem ku Malawi kuno. The fact that someone was a good player doesn’t mean that he can be a good coach. Most players don’t invest and when their career ends the only way to survive is to pretend they can coach. When did we last hear of Fazili taking a coaching course. Are we sure he will bring new ideas?

Does that man look like a coach? Sometimes even appearances demotivates the very same people you are trying to teach/coach/gloom. This man if someone saw him on the streets and has not heard of him as a coach would be mistaken for a dobadoba.
