Nthala who extended his contract with two years after it expired last year in November claims the club has been breaching some of the contractual agreements more especially interms of payments.

He confirmed on Thursday that indeed he is not going back to Maxaquene.

“I am back and I just want to take a breather. I will play but I am not going back to Maxaquene because we didnt agree on terms” said Nthala.

Nthala however revealed he is ready to play for any team including local clubs.

“I am free to join any team as long as we agree on terms,” he said.

Nthala was trusted by his club when he was offered a two year contract extension despite being on a year ban.

He was banned for allegedly beating up a referee in Maputo but he denied the allegations.
