Bullets close in on top four

Big Bullets made ground in the battle for fourth place in the TNM Super League on Saturday after their 1-0 win over Red Lions at Kamuzu Stadium.

The ‘People’s Team’ who have 46 points and moved from position 7 to 6 scored through Sankhani Nyirenda.

However, Bullets could have scored more goals but Douglas Chirambo, Robson Banda and Nyirenda missed a lot of scoring opportunities.

Bullets will now pray that their fellow challengers for top four, Tigers FC lose to Escom United.

Tigers have 47 points and are on fifth place.

Bullets last game will be against Civo United, who are presently occupying the fourth position with 47 points.

The Bullets last match will be at Kamuzu Stadium.

The league is certain to be defended by Silver Strikers FC of Lilongwe.
