Kinnah names Malawi squad to face Zimbabwe
Coach Kinnah Phiri has named a 20-man squad for Malawi’s friendly against Zimbabwe set for 3 March at Rufaro Stad in Harare.
Fifa has reserved the day for international friendly games.
In his squad, the Malawi mentor has excluded some key players who include Silver Strikers midfielder Hellings Mwakasungura,TNM Super League top scorer Tony Chitsulo, Escom United first choice goalkeeper Charles Swine.
Also dropped are Big Bullets right winger Peter Pindani and Blackpool midfielder Charles Kalaile.
Flames is preparing for its competitive game against Mozambique on March 13 at Kamuzu Stadium in the African Nations Championship for home-based national teams.
The following is list of players who are expected to leave Blantyre for Harare today.

Defenders
Harry Nyirenda, Panganani Ndovi, Chikumbutso Kanyenda,Maupo Msowoya and Limbikani Mzava.
