Even in Malawi, Standard Bank isn’t the first bank to bring in such ATMs because MSB did so two years ago!

And years back NBS was rumoured to be planning such facilities but I don’t know whether they were ever implemented.

I just dont understand what some folks here are up against this story. Atm which allows deposit are new in Malawi but certainly not new in regional countries. Dont give credit either to Standard Bank, this is an old innovation just like Television station came late in Malawi. used ATM for deposit first time some 5 years ago.
