The most prominent thing to Malawians if they are abroad is to get fat, they want to be called koma nde mwanenepatu that what it is.but in real sense this is bad,yo see my name.

This is what Malawians are good at and it is an ambition, staying abroad to do parties and drinking. Rarely will you hear they have gathered funds to open a juice producing company in Mwanza, Neno.

Please ladies ku UK, try to shed-off some weight! It’s so unhealthy! If you can’t jog nor go to the gym, just use a skip-rope in your own house or flat 20 times every morning plus avoid sugar products like too much cakes and chocolates. Get on low-carb diet like the Banting diet, or follow the reboot 30 day plan on facebook or even checkout http://www.originaleating.org

The bottom line is : low carbs plus exercise then your message regarding Malawi Health care support network will sound practical. Mwapurika!
