The solution is to disband Sulom and channel their gate subvernsion towards players welfare. All Sulom functions can ably be handled by Fam and its fixtures committee. afterall Chibowa and his other greedy colleagues are out of Fams system.
After disbanding Sulom, then Fam should also clear itself.
