TATA Malawi Limited showcasing its vehicles

TATA Malawi Limited Company took to the people its products by showcasing the vehicles a company has at the Chichiri Shopping Mall in the commercial city of Blantyre.

The company’s Branch Manager, Richard Banda said the idea behind the show, was to let people have a closer look at the products the company offers.

“Through TATA our customers can get vehicles of their choice ranging from trucks to small cars because we a business oriented company. We also sell spare parts putting to mind when one buys a car, they will need a spare part when any problem arises,” said Banda.

He added that since TATA came to Malawi what has been to the mind of the people is that the company offers big car businesses such as trucks (freight liners, iveco) and many others but said they also have small vehicles such as delivery vehicles and normal pick-ups.

“Our show here just gives the customers what TATA has for them and let the people buy what they want or visit our offices to buy from Monday to Friday having made an informed decision from what they see here.

“I should also assure Malawians that they should expect more vehicles to come and we will show more of the application vehicles,” added Banda.

He said TATA is very flexible when it comes to conduct business with any customer and urged all customers willing to buy from them to go and have a look at the products they offer and will make any transactions relating to the buying of TATA vehicles freely.

When asked how his company has survived in a situation when there is stiff competition at the same time the depreciation of the kwacha he said as sales people they have innovative ideas to make a business success and that is what has kept them going.

“In Malawi’s commercial city of Blantyre TATA offices are located at Chitawira along Kenyata Drive next to Chitawira Filling Station whilst in Lilongwe we are located along Paul Kagame opposite the Road Traffic,” he said.

The company offers vehicles such as ambulances, refrigerated vans under super ace class, saloon under indica vista class, vans that are under TATA ace/super ace and many other types of vehicles people would wish to have.

In Africa, TATA has offices in countries like; Zambia, South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria and many other countries and it does steel business, offers hotel services in other countries as well as soft ware business.
