my lord i find my client not guilty of the murder.looking at the nature of the case it shows that my client had a physcal quarrel with his wife four days before the fate of the deceased. Infact there is no cardal proof on wetherr the internal injuries were as a result of the fight,secondly my lord, my client never intended to harm the client to the extent of creating internal injuries,more ova my lord, we aint sure of the proffessionalism handled by the medical attendants on the proffesionalism in the postmortem. i hear by find my client not guilty… Read more »

So the news concludes that the husband killed his wife without any investigations having been conducted? The wife inspite of having been found with internal injuries and not dead immediately after the causes of the injuries could lead to a very rigorous legal battle if the diffendant could be well represented by a well learned Diffence Lawyer. My concern is that newspapers rash to conclusions hence raising public perception.
