It is only in Malawi where CEOs steal and they are let to go free to eat the stolen billions without being arrested. Setting precedence!!! another CEO will soon steal his billions and go. Blantyre Water Board ex CEO stole his billions he was not arrested he only got fired. No wonder the acting CEO Bakuwa with the help of his brother by marriage, the BWB Chief Accountant are also stealing . They know they will also be let free. Tiyeni nazonu la 40 lizakwana.
