In Chitipa, patients have to find fuel for an ambulance if they need to be taken to the district hospital or referral hospital because ambulances are grounded without fuel. And for those admitted at the hospital they need to provide for their own food. Hospitals seem to be no longer places of hope, as a result many opt to die at their homes. Those holding positions of influence please as you are busy partying know that things are worse in this country.
