Four TNM customers have won motorised tricycles in the on-going Tikolore promotion which aims to celebrate the current harvest season and help Malawians prepare for the coming farming season.
Eight motorised tricycles now remain in the promotion, in which TNM is giving out four tricycles to four lucky customers every month.
One of winners of Tricycles a 56-year old Kasungu based Yohane Kondwerani did not hide his excitement when the officials broke news to him.
“I’m very grateful to TNM for this prize and may Almighty God continue guiding this company” Kondwerani said.
Speaking during the fourth draw of the promotion TNM Head of Corporate Services Stella Hara said the promotion continues to attract an increased response from customers.
“Our valued customers have endorsed this promotion as evidenced by the increase in numbers qualifying for weekly and monthly draws and we are very excited as a company,” said Hara/.
To date TNM has given out bags of fertilizers, sprayers and farming tools to 600 customers. 200 customers have won 2 bags each, 200 customers have won sprayers and the other 200 have won 200 set of farming tools.
Hara encouraged TNM customers to continue participating in the promotion and win prizes that are designed to reward customers with farming tools as they prepare for the next growing season.
“We still have more draws to be conducted before winding up of this promotion as such I would like to encourage our customers to continue participating and win prizes including Tricycles which is a monthly grand prize,” she said.
During the fourth draw TNM splashed out 100 bags of fertilizers to 50 lucky customers, sprayers to 50 people and other 50 customers walked away with farming tools. In addition to the main prizes, TNM subscribers also stand a chance to earn 50% bonus on their daily airtime recharges during the promotion.
To stand a chance of winning in the promotion and benefitting from bonuses and incentives, TNM customers need to top-up with a minimum of MK50.
A Tricycle—a mini vehicle with 3 wheels—is the main random prize in the promotion. There are a total of 12 mini vehicles to be won. Other prizes are fertilizer, sprayer and other farming tools.
The promotion runs from 1st May to 31st July 2015. Only prepaid customers are eligible to enter.
Meanwhile the company has also conducted fourth draw of Kuiphula ndi Mpamba, a promotion launched on April 1, 2015 specifically meant for Mpamba agents. The promotion which will run until July 31 will see one lucky Mpamba agent carting home K2 million. TNM expects to spend over K16 million for the promotion and draws will be conducted fortnightly.
During the fourth draw three agents from three regions received K200,000 each and another 3 Mpamba agents walked away with K100,000 each while 15 others got K50,000 each, five from each of the country’s three regions.
