Another form of quarter system. I am counting where all these pipo being helped are coming from. Government suffocated burseries, so that the discretion to help the needy shud remain anonymous. How many pipo in this country are in need of such help and what cliteria are u using to identify the beneficiary? R we going to see any beneficiary of such scholarships coming from Misuku Hills? All the same thanks to TNM.
